Company History 

In 1956, Mr. Shew San Leong founded the Quon Yick Noodle Co. making fresh noodles in a 750 square foot store front at 859 W. Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles, California, United States.  In the next few years, he added Egg Noodles, Won Ton Skins, Egg Roll Skins and Fortune Cookies. Six years after the start-up, Quon Yick started making Dry Noodles. After ten years, he built a 2,100 square foot factory in Chinatown. By this time Quon Yick Noodle Co. had established itself as a maker of quality noodles, skins, and fortune cookies.

Quon Yick Noodle is presently located on 9668 Telstar Ave, El Monte, California 91731 United States. The Quon Yick Noodle Co. products are known for freshness, consistent quality, and always the best taste. Over the years, the product line has expanded according to customer needs. With the core product of various shapes and sizes of Dry Noodles and Fresh Noodles, other products include Won Ton Skins, Dumpling (Gyoza) Skins, Eggroll Skins, Butterfly Skins (used for the "Butterfly Pastry"). 

Quon Yick Noodle continues to distinguish itself as a company that puts customer service and quality the benchmark for all its noodle products. Product and quality development are an ongoing practice. Quon Yick is very proud of acquiring the Rabbinical Council of California, Kosher Certification in United States.
